What is a smart lock?

It is a device that replaces you with the traditional key, in addition to many advantages and multiple access methods that allow you to control and open your home remotely, from anywhere in the world.

The lock operates with 3 batteries, the regular type AAA, available in all stores and also available in our store

How long do the batteries last?

It lasts depending on the quality of batteries and the nature of use, but on average it is about 6-8 months or more. The battery level can also be tracked from the application and the lock automatically alerts you that the battery is low.

If the battery died and the batteries were not replaced, how can I log in?

In this case, the regular key attached to the lock can be used, or a portable charger can be connected to the charging port in the lock to supply the lock with energy and enable entry until the batteries are replaced.

Is the installation method difficult?

It is very easy all what you need screw driver which is provided with the package and it takes less than a miniute to replace the traditional cylinder and place the smart lock .compatibale with all type of doors (wood-metal-aluminium & glass doors).

Is it difficult to program?

Programming is easy, and anyone can program the lock. This is done from the lock application itself without the need for a special device.<>
